Child Advocacy Network (CAN) is an alliance of child clubs and groups, established in 2003, led by children to contribute to promoting and advocating for child rights and child participation among their parents, policy-makers, and stakeholders at all levels.
The vision of CAN is “All children are entitled to full rights as stipulated in the UN Convention on the Rights of the Child (UNCRC)”.
The mission of CAN is “To disseminate the UNCRC and child participation among the public, children, and child-related professions through advocating at different levels for child participation and monitoring the child rights implementation and child participation practice to ensure the development children’s reports on the child rights implementation in Cambodia and submit the report to the UN Committee on the Rights of the Child”.
