Executive Director

Mr. Yan Lay has professional experience and expertise spanning more than 12 years in the fields of program and project management, child rights programming, child rights situation analysis, child rights monitoring and advocacy, child participation and child protection programming and application, child protection in emergencies programming, child safeguarding policy development and application, capacity building, and has also delivered sustained results and effective changes in a wide range of positions for non-profit organizations.

Mr. Neang Visal

Program Director

Mr. Neang Visal-Program Director for CRC-Cambodia. He has professional work with international and national NGO for a round 15 years. With the course of experiences, he has skill and expert in program management, strategy direction, capacity development, child rights advocacy, health and WaSH program, sponsorship program, Education and partnership building, agriculture development, value chain and market linkage, gender and natural resource management, climate change adaptation and risk deduction.

Mrs. Pheap Phane​

Mrs. Pheap Phane has professional experience for 7 years in field finance and accounting. She has expertise on financial management, financial analyses, and budget management. Moreover, she also well manage on administration, human resource and procurement. She would love to utilize her experience and knowledge to develop the Organization to be professional and apply with tax and government compliance.

Mr. Soung Khoy

Child and Youth Development and Empowering Manager

Mr. Soung Khoy has 11 years of working experience in different NGOs, INGOs and development program organizations. He also has experience working in different areas, ranging from community mobilization, and  development, assessment and evaluation,

social work, child rights monitoring and advocacy strategy, child and youth development and engagement, capacity building and training, developing training curriculum, project development and engagement, budget management, sub-grant management as well as CSO networking. Through his career he has engaged and collaborated closely with key ministries, UN agencies and CSOs, especially on the themes of Child Protection, Gender Equality and child safeguarding policy development and its implementation.

Ms. Hour Bopha

Project Coordinator

Ms. Bopha Hour has a bachelor’s in economics. Her area of work has included advocacy, CSO capacity strengthening on child rights, human rights and child rights monitoring and reporting, child and youth research, child safeguarding, community development, and campaign management.

Besides that, she has also been actively engaged with children and youth in the scope of youth volunteerism, national dialogue, networking, and capacity building. Bopha’s passion for child rights started during high school and is driven by her optimism and strong desire to contribute to improving people’s lives. That’s why she dedicates her education path and career to bringing support to the Child Rights Organization to ensure children can freely enjoy their rights with dignity and reach their full potential.

Kouch Chhengkorng

CYST team leader

Kouch Chhengkorng is a Child Youth Support Team member of CRC Cambodia. He was interested in social work since he was in high school. He volunteered more in many organizer and NGOs, so he really understand about society issue especially Child and youth issue. He joins cyst to raise his speech and encourage people to understand about Child and Youth problem in Cambodia, moreover He believed that as a CYST he would help and be a bridge to connect what child and youth in Cambodia want to government, stakeholders.. and stand up to represent for them in every situation.

Sea Dalen

This is Dalen, a member of CYST team. Currently, Ms. Dalen is a junior student, studying at Institute of Foreign Languages (IFL). she has also been working as an intern student in CRC-Cambodia since August 2023. For about these three months working with CRC-Cambodia, she gains a lot of experiences such as building a good relationship with children and youths from different networks, coordinating different types of events, doing many social works. Through these experiences, she becomes more confident, and more passionate to work for children in order to protect them from any types of exploitation.
